Where Sicilian passion meets Maltese culture

Santini was born from a simple, deep love: for the cooking we used to do at home, with real ingredients, time for the sauces, and respect for the freshly caught fish.

Our team brings the flavours of Sicily to the table — fresh pasta every day, oven-baked pizza, lava-stone grilled meat — and intertwines them with the light and Maltese hospitality of Portomaso.

“Cooking is how we say we love you.”
